We also have our dedicated team that focuses on commercial leasing in Pune. This team has been leading the way in managing sales of retail, office space, and logistics spaces to leading corporates across the city.

Mukund Kshirsagar

Founder, Director

A business leader with 20+ years of hands-on and demonstrable Real Estate experience. Expert in strategy and execution. Mukund has grown this organization to its strengths.

His core strengths are determination, networking and having a wealth of expertise in finance, business development and public relations. Having an entrepreneur mindset, he started his career in the hospitality industry, followed by the Insurance industry and is now the force behind SQFT Realtech.

Puneet Soni

Co-Founder, Director (Goa)

Puneet leads the Goa region for SQFT Realtech. He is responsible for Business Development, Communication, Client Acquisition, strategy and execution. Puneet is a commerce graduate and trained in IT.

He has multi-faceted experience in Sales, Marketing and Business Management. Puneet is a hands-on Deal Maker.

Gaurav Varade

Co-Founder, Director

As part of the founding team of SQFT, he has been instrumental in building the sales business across multiple clients and spearheading various sold-out projects across Pune. His core lies in managing operations, Direct sales and customer service with a strategic bent of mind. He has an MBA from the University of Pune.

Gaurav has over 12+ years of experience in real estate sales and Marketing.

Namonarayan Sirothiya

Co-Founder, Director

He is responsible for product design & development from the conceptual level to executing strategic thoughts and consumer-friendly solutions. He is also responsible for supervising the company's sales and marketing and tapping into existing and potential opportunities in the real estate sector. He has a Masters in Marketing Management from the University of Pune. Namo has over 12 years of solid experience in real estate sales & Marketing across companies like Solitaire, Ajmera etc

Syed Sarfraz

Co-Founder, Director

The proficient real estate professional, Sarfraz boasts an experience of over 12 years in the fields of Business Development, NRI Sales, Business Strategy and Consulting. In his current capacity, he is accountable for supervising and directing Business Development, Deal Structuring, Product Management, Process Improvement, Marketing & Advertising, and Mobilizing cross-functional teams. He has completed his Bachelor in Commerce from the prestigious Barkatullah University, Bhopal. Sarfraz has previously worked with Solitaire, Purvankara and Gera developers.
